These taste good, fill me up, save me so much time and are reasonably priced. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s life changing. I save so much time I’m now able to actually spend time with my husband and relax which I haven’t been able to do for the last 3 to 4 years I’ve been meal prepping.

Every meal I had was enough to eat, tasted great, and was made with real food. I eat alone a lot and bought these to keep myself from eating fast food so often, very convenient and less expensive than eating out. I plan to purchase a bulk box soon.

The meals are ok. Would really prefer something more heart health. They just have entirely too much sodium in them. Not to mention that most of them don’t have the sodium content listed when you scan them for my fitness pal. It’s really hard to keep track of your daily intake for everything when the ingredients aren’t listed. I may have to research some of the meals a little more & find the ones with less sodium, if that’s even possible.

I found the food to be exceptional and I will be reordering

If I would've known the ingredients such as sour cream and bacon i wouldn't have purchased some items, however the Shepards pie was amazing: The queso thing not so much. I once made a visit and it was a lot better in person because i made my own bowl, and it included teriyaki chicken and quinoa. If you can make that option available for delivery I would be glad to purchase again. I’m not sure how to rate this as far as stars because I dislike giving low ratings but if we were being honest I enjoyed one out five meals (two if you add the caribbean steak but that was only a meal i’d eat if I were starving, because the strips were so thin the texture wasn’t that enjoyable.) But again, the Shepard's pie was great. 2/5 stars
