Orders are packed in increments of six meals. You can select six different meals or multiply your order to get 12, 18, 24, or more. Just use the quantity selector or add to cart multiple times.

When kept frozen, meals last up to 12 months from the production date (printed on each package). If refrigerated, they'll stay fresh for several days.

Meals ship frozen with dry ice in insulated packaging via UPS. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information with your order.

Yes! Every meal includes complete macro information (calories, fat, carbs, and protein) plus a full ingredient list. All meals are under 600 calories and portion-controlled for balanced nutrition.

All meals are produced in facilities with known allergens on shared equipment. We do not recommend our meals for anyone with severe food allergies. Fish and shellfish are frequently run as specials and are present in our facilities.
