To expedite your resolution, please provide as much of the following detail as possible in your first email:

  • Email which you used to place the order. Many people have multiple emails and we can't find your order without the email you used to place the order.
  • Order number. This can be found in any email communication from our site.
  • Pictures. If there was something wrong with your shipment or meals, please include photos in your initial email if possible.
  • Meal Details. If you have an issue with meals, please list the meals and number of meals affected by your issue
