Shipping FAQ
When do you ship?
Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order before handing it off to UPS. Once processed, orders will be in transit based on the below map. This means "1 Day Transit" orders will be delivered 2 days after you order etc.
Please note, no shipments can span a weekend. Therefore, if you place an order Thursday - Sunday, the order will be held until Monday and delivered Wednesday.

What are your shipping options?
All product is shipped UPS Ground Delivery. By not offering expedited shipping, we are able to keep prices reasonable. For setup and to receive updates and notifications, please sign up at https://www.ups.com
How do I know if my meals are good to eat on arrival?
If you have a question about the temperature of your food upon arrival, immediately place in the freezer. Then, contact our support. While the majority of our food will arrive frozen, the product is still ok if it arrives cold.
Refund and Return Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. In the event you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we will replace or refund the incorrect or damaged product.
