Shipping Costs

How much is shipping?

Shipping is based on your order total:

Order Total Shipping Cost
Over $85 Free
$35 – $84.99 $4.99 flat rate
Under $35 $9.99 flat rate

Is there a summer shipping fee?

During warmer months, we may add a small shipping protection fee to keep your meals cold and fresh in transit. This covers additional dry ice and insulation needed to maintain safe temperatures during summer shipping conditions.


Delivery Area

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most of the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. To check if we deliver to your location, just begin checkout and enter your zip code.


Shipping Schedule

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Thursday. Your ship date depends on when you place your order:

Order Placed Ships Arrives
Friday – Sunday Monday Tuesday – Wednesday
Monday Tuesday Wednesday – Thursday
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday – Friday
Wednesday Thursday Friday – Saturday
Thursday Thursday or Monday Friday – Saturday or Tues – Wed

Saturday delivery depends on your location and UPS availability.


Packaging & Dry Ice

How are meals packaged?

We ship all meals frozen using dry ice in a recyclable, insulated cooler box. Meals stay cold and food-safe for hours — even if you're not home when the package arrives.

What if my meals arrive partially thawed?

If you have a concern about the temperature of your food upon arrival, immediately place meals in your freezer and contact our support team. Meals that arrive cold (but not frozen) are still safe to eat. We ship with dry ice, which sublimates — so you won't see ice packs or melting. That's completely normal. Dry Ice Safety

Do not touch dry ice with bare hands — it can cause frostbite. Use gloves or tongs to handle it. Leave any remaining dry ice in the open cooler box in a well-ventilated area and allow it to sublimate (turn to gas) naturally. Do not place dry ice in the freezer, refrigerator, sink, or any sealed container.


Tracking & Issues

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

What if my order is damaged or missing items?

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact our support team as soon as possible. Include your order number, the email you used to place the order, and photos of any damage. For time-sensitive inquiries — including food safety concerns or shipping issues — our team responds within one business day. For all other inquiries, please allow up to two business days.
