How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your location. We ship from three kitchens — North Carolina, Missouri, and Utah — so we route your order from the closest one. The Midwest and Southeast typically receive orders in 1-2 days, while the West Coast is usually 3-4 days.
Will my meals stay frozen during shipping?
Yes. All meals ship in insulated packaging with dry ice and remain frozen for 48+ hours after delivery. Your meals will stay safe on your porch even if you're not home when they arrive — whether it's a Texas summer or a Minnesota winter.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every address in the continental United States. Enter your zip code above to see your estimated delivery time. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over $85. Orders under $85 have a flat shipping fee. All orders ship via UPS Ground.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed by Wednesday ship the same week. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid packages sitting over the weekend. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our kitchen.
