Meals are transported on dry ice and will arrive cold. We try to put the exact amount of dry ice in your box to get to your house so there's often no dry ice in the box when you open it. Store meals the freezer for longer life or in the fridge if you're going to consume within 5 days. Safety and storage tips are in the Food Handling FAQ.
Our Curated Meal Plans are typically a few dollars cheaper than building your own meal plan.
