To expedite your resolution, please provide as much of the following detail as possible in your first email:
- Email which you used to place the order. Many people have multiple emails and we can't find your order without the email you used to place the order.
- Order number. This can be found in any email communication from our site.
- Pictures. If there was something wrong with your shipment or meals, please include photos in your initial email if possible.
- Meal Details. If you have an issue with meals, please list the meals and number of meals affected by your issue
- Please note we use customer support software to handle your inquiries. Emailing multiple times will not expedite your inquiry, but rather move your inquiry further back in the queue.
- We have a 99% order success rate, therefore we only have a small in-house, in-America customer support team. Email is the preferred method of communication.
- Our Customer Experience Specialists strive to respond to emails within one business day. That means if you email on a Friday, you should not anticipate a response until Monday.
- We have Customer Support chat live on our website from 10a-3p most weekdays.
How It works
Choose Your Meals
Choose by diet or Build Your Own Meal Plan. Review our picture menu with full nutritional info to select the meals that meet your needs. Not sure what to order? Let our team send you a variety of meals to sample.
We Cook and Deliver
All our meals are cooked every week in our kitchens in North Carolina, Missouri, and Utah. We then deep freeze the meals to lock in the nutritional value. Meals are delivered within 3 business days of ordering.
Heat and Eat
The meals come in microwave-safe containers ready to heat and eat within 3 minutes. The meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the fridge for up to a week.
No Subscriptions Ever
We don't offer any subscription-based services. If you enjoyed your meals, come back and order at anytime.
