Overview

CE Kitchen Inc (dba Clean Eatz Kitchen) is committed to providing accurate and transparent labeling on all of our products. We produce nutrition labels, including ingredients and allergen declarations, in accordance with regulations set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our facilities are USDA-inspected, FDA-registered, and compliant with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.

However, due to the nature of food production, there are inherent limitations to the accuracy of labeling that we want our customers to understand before purchasing or consuming our products. By placing an order with Clean Eatz Kitchen, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Labeling Disclaimer.

Nutritional Information Accuracy

The nutritional information displayed on our product labels and on our website — including calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, sodium, and other values — is based on theoretical production recipes. This means that the values are calculated from the nutritional profiles of each ingredient as formulated in the recipe, rather than from laboratory testing of each individual finished meal.

In practice, our meals are prepared by trained production staff, and natural variations do occur from meal to meal. Actual nutritional values may differ from the stated values due to factors including but not limited to:

(a) Normal variation in ingredient weights and portioning during production;

(b) Seasonal or supplier-driven variation in the nutritional content of raw ingredients;

(d) Rounding in accordance with FDA labeling regulations.

If you find that a meal deviates significantly from the listed weight, calories, fat, carbohydrates, or protein, please let us know at support@cleaneatzkitchen.com so we can evaluate our production processes.

Ingredient Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the ingredient lists on our product labels and website are accurate and complete. In producing our labels, we rely in part on information provided by our ingredient suppliers as to the accuracy of their nutritional data, ingredient composition, product handling, and allergen status. While we work with reputable suppliers and verify information where possible, we cannot independently guarantee that the information provided to us by third-party suppliers is accurate at all times.

Ingredients and formulations may change from time to time due to supplier availability, seasonal sourcing, or recipe improvements. When ingredients change, we update our labels and website as promptly as practicable. However, there may be a brief transition period during which packaging with previous ingredient information is still in circulation.

Allergen Declarations

We label common allergens on our products in accordance with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA) and applicable USDA and FDA regulations. The major allergens we declare, when present, include: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame.

Please be aware of the following important limitations regarding allergen information:

Shared Facility Warning

All Clean Eatz Kitchen products are produced in facilities that process foods containing known allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Despite our food safety protocols, including cleaning procedures between production runs, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of any allergen due to the shared nature of our equipment and production areas.

Cross-Contact Risk

Cross-contact occurs when a small amount of an allergen is unintentionally transferred to a product that does not normally contain that allergen. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot eliminate the risk entirely. Products that do not list a specific allergen on the label may still contain trace amounts of that allergen.

Severe Allergies

If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy (anaphylaxis), we strongly recommend that you do not consume our products. The shared-facility environment means that even meals whose listed ingredients do not include your allergen may pose a risk. Clean Eatz Kitchen is not able to guarantee an allergen-free environment, and we cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions in individuals who consume our products despite this warning.

Reliance on Supplier Information

As noted above, our labels are produced using a combination of our own recipe formulations and data provided by our ingredient suppliers. Specifically, we rely on our suppliers for:

(a) Accurate nutritional profiles of raw ingredients;

(b) Complete and accurate allergen declarations for their products;

(d) Compliance with applicable food safety and labeling regulations for their products.

While we take steps to verify supplier information and work only with reputable partners, we cannot independently test every ingredient batch. If a supplier provides inaccurate information, it may be reflected in our labels despite our best efforts.

Weight and Portion Sizes

The net weight listed on our product labels represents the target weight for each meal. Due to the nature of food production, actual weights may vary slightly from meal to meal. Typical variation is within the tolerances permitted by USDA and FDA regulations. If you consistently receive products that appear to deviate significantly from the stated weight, please contact us at support@cleaneatzkitchen.com.

Product Photography and Descriptions

Product photographs on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual meal appearance, garnishes, plating, and presentation may differ from what is shown in photographs. We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately, but variations in ingredients, seasonal availability, and production processes may result in meals that look different from the images displayed.

Written descriptions of our meals, including flavor profiles and preparation methods, are provided for general informational purposes and are not guarantees of taste, texture, or dining experience, as individual perceptions may vary.

Regulatory Compliance

Clean Eatz Kitchen operates in compliance with applicable federal and state food labeling regulations, including but not limited to:

(a) The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA);

(b) The Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act (FALCPA);

(d) FDA nutrition labeling requirements under 21 CFR Part 101;

(e) North Carolina Department of Agriculture food safety regulations.

Our production facilities are subject to regular inspections by the USDA, FDA, and state regulatory agencies. We maintain food safety programs including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

We may update this Labeling Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our production processes, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
