Is frozen meal delivery healthy?

Yes. Flash-freezing locks in nutrients immediately after cooking—often better than "fresh" meals that sit in refrigeration for days. Our meals are dietitian-approved, calorie-controlled, and built around lean proteins, complex carbs, and vegetables. How long do frozen meals last?

Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days via UPS Ground. We ship from three kitchens (North Carolina, Missouri, and Utah) to minimize transit time. Orders placed by Wednesday typically ship the same week.

Yes. Our Build Your Own Meal Plan lets you pick exactly what you want from 45+ rotating menu options. We also offer curated plans (High Protein, Weight Loss, GLP-1, Breakfast, etc.) if you prefer pre-selected meals.
