Are these keto or low-carb?

No. Dessert Barz aren’t formulated for keto; most flavors have around 19–20 g of carbs per bar.

What sweeteners do you use?

We use a balance of natural and artifical sweeteners to make the products taste good without overloading them with sugar alcohols

Do they melt in warm weather? What if they arrive soft?

Coated bars can soften in transit. If they arrive soft, refrigerate 30–60 minutes to reset the texture before enjoying.

Do I need to refrigerate them? How should I store them?

No refrigeration needed for normal storage. Keep in a cool, dry place. In hot weather, chill before eating for best texture. Shelf life: [X months unopened at room temperature]; each wrapper includes a Best-By date.

Are they gluten-free or allergy-friendly?
