Are these meals certified gluten-free?

Not certified. Our kitchens make both gluten-free and non-gluten-free items on shared equipment. We rely on supplier allergen statements and do not recommend this plan for severe gluten allergies or celiac due to cross-contamination risk.

Do your gluten-free meals also avoid soy?

Not necessarily. Gluten-free does not mean soy-free—check each meal’s allergen panel before adding to cart.

Can I get ingredient/label details?

Yes—email support@cleaneatzkitchen.com and we’ll share the current labels. Ingredients can change as suppliers change, so always verify the latest.

Can I choose my meals?

Yes. Pick your gluten-free options from the dropdowns; it’s still a curated GF menu.

How many meals per order?

Boxes are built in increments of 6 (6, 12, 18, 24…). If an item is unavailable, we may substitute with another GF meal you selected so your box ships on time.

Do I need a subscription?

No—order when you want; reorder anytime.

How does shipping & delivery work?

Shipping is based on order total: $85+ = free, $35–$84.99 = $5.99 flat, under $35 = $9.99. We ship meals frozen on dry ice via UPS/FedEx Ground; most orders arrive in ~2–3 business days. Continental U.S. only.

Are the meals fully cooked? How do I heat & store them?

Yes—fully cooked, shipped frozen. Store in your freezer; heat in minutes (microwave/oven/stovetop). Many items keep up to 12 months frozen; follow on-pack guidance.

When will I receive my order?

You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout; most orders reach you in 2–3 business days after shipment.
