Menu Nutrition Info Introduction
Nutrition is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. At Clean Eatz, our goal is to provide you with balanced, nutritious, delicious meals in recipes that are relatable and edible. Our goal with each new menu is to provide a wide array of nutrition options to help our customers meet their individual dietary needs. There's no "one-size fits all" diet and that's why you will see a wide range of nutrition across our menu.
How to Read the Nutrition Chart
-
Understanding Nutrition Labels
- Our meals are all single-serve, intended to be eaten in one sitting. Each meal size ranges from 9oz to 12oz of food, which should provide you enough substance and calories to fill you up without allowing you to overeat
- Clean Eatz is a macro-based company, which means we focus on providing a balance of macro-nutrients, which are the building blocks of cells in your body - fat, carbohydrates, and proteins. We do not design our menus with micronutrients in mind - vitamins, minerals, sodium. Our purpose is to be the first step to a healthy lifestyle, and the first step is to get a balance of calories at each meal.
-
Identifying Allergens
- We are a USDA-inspected facilities and take allergen labeling very seriously. In the chart below you can find a disclaimer of known allergens in each recipe. Every meal is also labeled with the allergens in the meal.
- Clean Eatz can accomodate a wide range of food allergens, even though its not our focus. By using the below chart, you can Build Your Meal Plan with meals that fit your dietary restrictions. Understand, we rely on disclosures from our suppliers for allergens and this information is subject to change. We do not recommend our meals to anyone with life-threatening food allergies.

Tailoring Choices to Fitness Goals
- For Weight Loss: The primary focus of our company is weight management. Most of our meals will meet dietary guidelines for weight management (consuming less than 2,000 calories per day). If you're looking to get more serious about macro-nutrients, look for meals with lower fat and carbohydrates.
- For Muscle Gain: Our XL Meals are intended for those looking to maintain or grow muscle. Each meal contains an extra 2oz of the protein. In addition, there will be a few non-XL meals each month with over 500 calories that are good options for Muscle Gain
- For Heart Health: Focus on meals that are lower in sodium and saturated fats. White meat meals naturally have less sodium and saturated fat than red meat meals.

All meals are produced in facilities with known allergens on shared equipment. We rely on information provided to us from our suppliers. We do not recommend our meals for those who have any severe food allergies. Fish and Shellfish, while often not on the main menu, are frequently run as specials and are in our facilities.
