What is Clean Eatz Kitchen?
Clean Eatz Kitchen delivers fully prepared, flash-frozen meals, snacks and supplements straight to your door. Every meal is portion-controlled and designed to support your health goals.
Are meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are flash-frozen to lock in flavor and freshness. Why frozen? Ingredient degradation is the #1 concern with home delivered meals. Fresh produce can lose up to 70% of its nutrient value within a week. Freezing allows us to preserve nutritional composition for months. Meals can be stored in your freezer for up to a year. Or, you can keep them in the fridge for up to a week if you're planning to eat them right away.
How do I reheat my meals?
Reheat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Exact times may vary by appliance. Alternatively, you can transfer the food to a plate to cook in the oven or air fryer. Find out all about heating tips and tricks.
Ordering & Shipping
When do you ship?

What if my meals arrive partially thawed?
Our meals ship with dry ice. If your meals arrive cold but not frozen, they are still safe to eat. Place them in the freezer immediately and contact our support team if concerned.

Are your meals suitable for specific dietary goals?
Clean Eatz Kitchen meals are portion-controlled and designed with balanced macronutrients to support goals like weight loss, muscle gain, or healthy maintenance. Each product includes nutritional information to help you choose meals that align with your needs.
Can you accommodate allergies?
While we label common allergens, meals are prepared in a shared facility, and we cannot guarantee allergen-free production.

Subscriptions & Returns
Do you offer subscriptions?
We currently offer one-time orders only, but reordering is simple and fast through your account dashboard.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of frozen food, we do not accept returns. If you have an issue, please reach out to support for assistance.
What’s your refund policy?
We appreciate you placing your trust in us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will follow these steps in order:
- Issue Store Credit - If you have a partial order error (wrong meals, broken containers, missing products), we will issue you store credit to replace those products on your next order at the value you purchased them at.
- Issue a Replacement Order - If your entire order is lost or damaged in transit, we may replace it for you if we still have all the products in-stock. If we don't have all the products, we will immediately issue store credit for you to place a new order.
- Refund - Refunds are given in rare circumstances where we can't make a customer whole. We take responsibility for our business model in 100% of our transactions, but refunds are very expensive for us - we've lost the product, we lose money in transaction fees with credit cards, and we've lost the customer. We appreciate you placing your trust in us and hope you'll give us another shot to make your order correct.

Yes, our facilities are both FDA and USDA inspected for safety and cleanliness.
