Our east-coast headquarters are based in Wilmington, NC. On 1/21/25 we received 5 inches of snow, the most snow in 25 years. There are no snow plows, salt, or sand in eastern North Carolina.
As of 1/23/25, UPS is still closed and unable to move orders out of our area. Therefore, East Coast orders most likely will not leave our facility until 1/27/25.
Our West Coast and Central facilities are operating at full-capacity and moving as many orders as possible during this time.
