If you order a meal not offered in your area, we will substitute it with another meal you selected. - Delivery - Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground on dry ice. Yes! You can choose the meals you want from our rotating menu to add new flavors to your frozen meal delivery service. The meals you choose will be delivered straight to your home, so all you have to do is heat and eat.
Yes. It takes about 24 hours for your order to make it's way to our fulfillment teams. In rare occassions, during that time, we may run out of something you ordered. In the event we are out of 1 or 2 meals, we will substitute those meals with a duplicate of something else you ordered. Experience has taught us customers would much rather have their order on-time rather than have their order held up because of substitutes.
No. We make our meals in bulk so we are unable to accomodate requests for individual meal customizations such as "no cheese".
No. Since our menu is constantly changing, we do not offer subscriptions. We do not want to force meals onto you that you may not like, so we ask you to come back and order again whenever you need another order of meals.
No. Since the high protein meals are a different cost than these meals, you have to order them separately using our High Protein Meal Plan builder.
