Gluten-Free Meal Plan Delivery

No. Our kitchens cook both gluten free and non-gluten free meals. Our Gluten Free Meal Plan is comprised of meals that do not contain Gluten as one of the Major 8 food allergens. Please be advised that we have gluten in the building and that we also rely on allergy statements from our suppliers when listing them as gluten free. 

Some people who are sensitive to gluten are also sensitive to soy but we do not distinguish gluten free meals as soy free. Please refer to our nutrition info for a disclosure of all allergens. 

As with any severe food allergen, we do not recommend our meals to customers who could have life-threatening allergic reactions. Our meals are made in kitchens by humans on shared equipment and therefore cross-contamination is very possible. 

Yes, if you need to double-check our ingredients or allergens, we can provide you copies of our labels by emailing support@cleaneatzkitchen.com. Please be advised that our supply chain is ever changing and labels may be updated without notice. 

Our delivery boxes are packed in increments of 6 meals. Thus, you choose the 6 meals you would like from the options above. You can multiply your meal plan using the "Quantity" selector (to get 12, 18, 24... of those same meals) OR Click "Add to Cart" and start another box with different meals. If a meal you order is unavailable, we will substitute it with another meal you selected.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground on dry ice. We offer free shipping on all orders. We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within one business day, and it's delivered 2-3 business days later. Lean more about Shipping.

Yes. You will receive individually-portioned, cooked meals that can be heated in the microwave, stove or oven to give you a quick and convenient healthy meal. Find out more about cooking options.
