Frequently asked questions

How do I join?

Sign in to your Clean Eatz Kitchen account (or create one), then tap Join in the Rewards panel on this page. It’s free.

How do I get my 50 bonus points?

They’re added as soon as you join.

I ordered before I joined. Do I keep those points?

Yes. Points from orders placed while signed in are saved, and you can use them once you join. You won’t move up a VIP tier until you join.

Can I earn points if I check out as a guest?

No. Points are tracked through your account, so sign in or create an account at checkout to earn.

When will my points show up?

Points are added once your order is fulfilled.

How do review points work?

You can earn up to 200 points per review: 100 for the review, plus 30 for adding a photo, 50 for adding a video and 20 for signing in with a social account.

Do tax and shipping count?

No. Points are based on your order subtotal, not including tax and shipping.

What are my points worth?

Every 100 points is worth $3 off at Bronze, $4 at Silver, $5 at Gold and $6 at Platinum.

How do I use my points?

Open the Rewards panel on this page and choose a reward. You’ll get a discount code to enter at checkout.

Can I use points with a discount code?

Yes. Rewards can be combined with discount codes.

Do my points expire?

No. Points don't currently expire.

Do orders from before November 2 count?

No. Points and VIP tier spend both start with orders placed on or after November 2, 2026.

Will I lose my VIP tier?

No. Tiers don’t currently reset or expire.

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?

Points earned on that order are deducted from your balance.

Can I use CEK Rewards at a Clean Eatz Café?

No. Clean Eatz Café locations are a separate business. CEK Rewards points can only be earned and used at cleaneatzkitchen.com and in the CEK app.
