The meal plan changes every month so there is always a new mix of keto and low carb meals available.
The Keto Meal Plan is going to be more restrictive of carbohydrates and higher in fat than our Weight Loss Meal Plan. If you're not accustomed to eating a low carbohydrate / high fat diet, our Keto Meal Plan may leave you hungry. Our Weight Loss Meal Plan is a more balanced approach to eating that we recommend for new customers.
All of our published carb counts are Total Carbs. We are a USDA-inspected facility and it's required to list total carbohydrates on the packaging. If you're doing keto and need to subtract fiber out from total carbs, please visit our nutrition info page HERE to get the Net Carb count for the keto meals.
