Berry Nutty Smoothie Bowl

Not only is this smoothie bowl loaded with vitamins and antioxidants for overall wellness promotion, but it also helps to curb your appetite. In addition to hitting your sweet spot, the banana and berry blend packs in a significant amount of fiber intended to keep you feeling satisfied throughout the day. Rounding out this delicious smoothie bowl is a hearty combination of proteins found in the Greek yogurt and peanut butter sure to give your smoothie bowl a rich, flavorful taste!
Ingredients:
Small banana
1 cup frozen berry blend- blackberries, blueberries, strawberries
6 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tbsp slivered almonds
Directions:
Start by blending the frozen berries on low until they are finely chopped. Then gradually add your additional ingredients and blend on low until the smoothie bowl reaches your preferred texture! This smoothie bowl will be thick and ready to enjoy with a spoon!
Optional:
To make this a high-protein smoothie bowl, add a scoop of vanilla whey protein! To give this smoothie bowl some swag,
consider topping it with any combination of freshly-sliced fruit, coconut, chia/hemp/flax seeds, nuts, granola, and drizzles of chocolate syrup!
