Delivery questions
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the contiguous United States. We don't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Meal plans are delivered in 3 business days. Orders placed by Thursday go out the same week, and orders placed Friday through Sunday go out the following Monday.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on all meal plans.
How are the meals packed?
Meals are packed cold in an insulated box with dry ice. When your box arrives, move the meals to your freezer as soon as you can, and let any leftover dry ice evaporate in a well-ventilated spot.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You order when you want and choose your meals each time. Nothing renews automatically.
